Mike's areas of experience are specifically in Leadership in the midst of Continuous Change (or Turnaround Leadership), and he is a practitioner of Adaptive Leadership. These past 15 years he has helmed his church, and knows the unique (and oftentimes isolating) challenges the Lead role can bring. Over 29 years, Mike has served in church sizes of 500, 20000, and 4000. This gives him a variety of experiences around staff organization, as well as multiple processes, systems, budgets, etc.
HOLISTIC EXCELLENCE
Mike seeks to live a methodology of practical joy, and has identified 8 areas of Intentional Living all humans must focus on in order to be uncompromisingly whole. In addition to Whole Life Excellence, Mike has also developed a plan for Overcoming Obstacles, as well as for Stepping Courageously through Fear. The secret sauce is Intimacy with Jesus (of course), and in conjunction with Him, Breaking Isolation, Honoring How God Wired You, and Living Mastered by Nothing.
